Greensboro Police Department officer Sam Alvarez, a detective working the Greensboro Folk festival, was moved by the music of Ricardo Lemvo & Makina Loca, to dance with Lalenja Harrington amid the large crowd he was helping watch over. Officer Alavarez is known in the community for his dance moves.
