Pam Frye is a general contractor with Chaney Properties in Greensboro. She originally built a name for herself in residential renovations while restoring historic homes and buildings around downtown and near UNC-Greensboro. Now Frye and her business partner Dawn Chaney have broadened the company’s focus from renovating and managing more than 100 rental units in and around downtown to include revamping commercial properties as well.
