Todd Fisher has been honing his home-brew craft for most of the past decade. He knows his stuff too. Until just recently when he took a position with City Arts, he was the beer advisor for 1618 Wine Lounge. His wife Christine fully supports Todd’s garage-based beer making endeavors--just as long as she has a parking spot at the end of the day.
