Bob Page founded Replacements, Ltd. in 1981 and has dedicated the past 36 years to helping people discover rare place settings and dinnerware. Starting out, Bob quit his job as an auditor for the state of North Carolina and ran a small store out of his attic. It is now the world’s largest retailer of old and new china, crystal, silver, and collectibles with more than 12 million pieces of inventory from more than 420,000 patterns. Tour patrons can inquire about patterns and shop the 12,000-square foot showroom and museum.
