The drink will be called 'Unfor-goat-able' and it has: 30mL emulsion gin 30mL sour orange & clove cordial (orange juice, citric acid, cloves, sugar) 4 dashes dram black (an aromatic dram of all things black, thats how it is described on label) Fill with Zardetto Cuvée Brut (Italian sparkling 95% Glera....almost prosecco..) Shoestring orange peel for garnish.
