Martens and his daughter, Molly Martens Corbett, have been charged with second-degree murder and voluntary manslaughter. Molly Martens Corbett and her father, Thomas Michael Martens, entered pleas of not guilty on February 10, 2016, in Davidson Superior Court to charges of second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the death of Jason Paul Corbett, Molly Corbett’s husband.
