RCC renames Welcome Center after longtime supporter Ann Hoover
ASHEBORO (Nov. 16, 2018) — Randolph Community College’s Welcome Center was renamed the Ann Hoover Welcome Center in honor of RCC Foundation board member and longtime college supporter Ann Hoover in a ceremony Friday afternoon on the Asheboro Campus.
As the presentation was a surprise to the honoree, the banner covering up the new name was unveiled before RCC president Dr. Robert Shackleford spoke.

Ann Hoover has been on the Foundation Board of Directors since 2008. While on the Board, she has served as president (2013-15), vice president, co-chair of Dancing with the Randolph Stars committee, and a member of the membership and investment committees. She was a member of the Boa
