Quaker Lake Camp in Climax, N.C., held the tenth annual Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, October 20. Over 1,800 people attended this year’s festival. It takes more than 200 volunteers to provide inflatables, carnival games, face painting, hayrides, pumpkin smashing, and food options, including funnel cakes and fried Oreos.

This outreach event allows the community to visit the camp property and see its facilities. Profits from the event support Quaker Lake Camp programming. Th Camp’s main program is a Christian-based residential summer camp.
